Paul Vaughn has an intimate knowledge of the Macintosh Operating System through OS X. Good working knowledge of Windows 95/98/NT/XP and working in cross-platform environments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. He currently writes the weekly Mac Guy column in the Sunday Business & Technology section of the San Antonio Express-News. The column focuses on Macintosh technology and issues, and the Mac Guy answers reader questions. Paul has been writing the column since April of 2001.
